BOLTS:

All bolts have been subjected to:

- Isotropic surface finishing to eliminate each and every porosity and maximize crack resistance

- Specific aerospace shot peening to maximize resistance to fatigue and creep due to shock and bending

- Full PVD coating with CrN (Crome Nitride) for unparalleled resistance to wear and improved friction

SPACERS:

All spacers have been subjected to:

- Isotropic surface finishing to ensure surface roughness Ra < 0,02 microns

- Full double layer PVD coating with CrN (Crome Nitride) and DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) for unparalleled resistance to wear and minimal friction coefficient

NUTS:

All nuts are manufactured from billet Titanium and polished.

The anti spin is granted by aeronautical technique by calibrated indentation of the last thread at 120°.

This feature grants more reliable lock and prevent undesired failure of the traditional leaf.
