All products sold by MXRR S.r.l. are covered by the Manufacturer's Conventional Guarantee. Private Consumers, will benefit of Two Years Limited Guarantee, in case of conformity defect, according to the Italian law DL 24/02. In order to access guarantee services, the Customer has to save the purchase invoice.

Professional Consumers, who buy products for their business, will benefit of One Year Manufacturer's Conventional Guarantee.

In the unlikely event that a product presents any conformity defect during the guarantee period, please contact us via e-mail at [email protected], an MXRR S.r.l. operator or a Manufacturer's technician will try to solve the problem before involving a return.

If a defect is confirmed by technical support, we will provide the Customer with the ARM number (Authorization to Return Material), to return faulty products.

Guarantee does not apply to damage from improper use, abuse, accidents, unauthorized service or inadequate packaging when shipping the product to MXRR S.r.l.

the hereby note is applicable for the internet site “www.mxrealracing.com” (following as the “Site”) owned and managed by the company MXRR S.r.l. with legal address in Corso Duca degli Abruzzi 2, 10128, Torino (follows as “MXRR S.r.l.” or the “Company”), as holder of the sensitive data managed on the Site.

This Note is addressed to all subjects that interact with the Site pages, to those that utilize the Site without registering and to those who register and benefit of all the services granted by the Site. The hereby Note is in accordance to Art. 13 D.Lgs. 196/2003, and in agreement with the recommendation n.2/2001 of the European directive n. 95/46/CE, of 17th May 2001, regarding the minimum requirements for sensitive data handled on line.

Site navigation:

It is possible to access the Site without providing any personal data. Nevertheless, the information technology system of the Site, acquires some personal data of which transmission is involved in the standard internet communication protocols.

Such information is not gathered to be associated to identifiable subjects, but for its own nature, through data processing, the information could allow the identification of the user.

This category contains: IP addresses, domain name of the computer of the users that connects to the Site, URL addresses, time of the inquiry, method used to send the inquiry to the server, the information of the answer file, etc. This data is used only to obtain statistical information about the accesses to the Site and to monitor its correct operation.

This process does not involve obtaining information strictly related to the identification.

The Site does not use cookies to get personal information, nor does it use persistent cookies to trace the users.

The use of c.d. cookies of the session (that are not permanently recorded on the computer of the user and that are deleted after the browser is closed), is strictly limited to the transmission of the session ID, necessary to the safe and efficient navigation through the Site.

User Registration:

The information and data required to register are used both to grant the access to the customer restricted area, to benefit all on line services offered on the Site.

Personal data of the registered users are handled only for the purposes and method described in the hereby note.

Orders:

When an order is placed, some data is recorded.  For example: the IP address of the requestor, the time of the transaction, the type of browser used etc. This data may be used to verify the responsibility of potential information technology violations, willing to damage the Site and/or third party.

NOTE REGARDING THE PERSONAL DATA HANDLING ex art. 13 D.Lgs. 196/2003

Registering on the Site owned and managed by MXRR S.r.l., (“MXRR S.r.l.” or the “Company”), using the services offered by MXRR S.r.l. through the Site, including purchasing, shipping of products, receiving newsletters and advertising, involves handling the personal data that the Customer provides.

Therefore, in compliance to provisions of the D.Lgs. 30/06/2003 n. 196 (c.d. "Code of Privacy"), we hereby inform the registering person that the Company, as owner of the Site, will handle personal data regarding the registering person, by following the below conditions:

Art. 1. Purpose of the use of personal data

The use of personal data (including its registration on the database of the Company) is merely intended to achieve the following purposes:

1. To guarantee the registration to the Site and the correct execution of the services requested from MXRR S.r.l., through the Site and therefore to comply accurately to all obligations deriving from: the contract agreed with the registering person, from the regulations in force, in particular regarding the fiscal and the safety field.
2. To guarantee administrative objectives, including the dispatch through electronic email of invoices from the Company and/or third party involved in the supply of services.
3. To register to any mailing lists of the Company, to carry out marketing surveys, to dispatch advertising material regarding the services and products offered by MXRR S.r.l. or by third party, by using automated systems such as email, fax, MMS, SMS.

Art. 2. Conferment of personal data and consequences in case of missed approval to the use of data

Bestowing the personal data to register to the Site, is elective, but necessary to enter the Customer Area, in order to receive the services offered by MXRR S.r.l. and to finalize a purchase through the Site.

Therefore, registering to the Site involves the approval of the Customer to his own personal data usage, in

order to achieve the purposes of the contractual agreement in terms of administrative and accounting objectives as indicated at points a) and b) of Art. 1.

Regarding the purpose of using the personal data as per Art. 1, we hereby confirm that the approval to use the Customer personal data is elective; nevertheless the omitted approval implicates the following consequences as described here below.

In particular, the omission of approval of use of personal data as per Art. 1, point c), will prevent the possibility to dispatch advertising material, brochures, notes, information regarding services offered by the Company and / or third party, promotions, discounts, etc.

Let it be understood that, in case of omitted approval of use of the customers’ personal data, the Company will anyway use the customers’ personal data to only extent of complying to all obligations enforced by the law.

Art. 3. Modality of personal data use

The Customers’ personal data use is mainly carried out through electronic features or automated systems, following all the requirements to guarantee the safety and the privacy of the data itself, in compliance with D. Lgs. 196/2003. In particular, the Company has adopted all required technical, technological, logistical and safety measures as expected by the D. Lgs. 196/2003, in order to guarantee the required level of protection of the data. The access to the data is therefore granted only to the personnel appointed for this purpose by the Management of the Company.

The data acquired and the modality of its usage is relevant and not exceeding, in regards to the services offered.

The data is also managed and handled in appropriate and constantly controlled environment.

Art. 4. Communication and dispatch of the data

The Customer data can be communicated to:

1. all subjects (including public Authorities) that have access to personal data in definition of the force regulations
2. all third parties of which products or services are proposed through the Site of MXRR S.r.l.
3. postal and express couriers appointed to ship and deliver the products purchased through the Site.
4. all bank institutes and companies that manage national and international point of payment used to carry out the on line purchase of products through the Site.
5. all companies, consultants and professionals appointed to maintain, install, update and in general to manage the hardware and software owned by MXRR S.r.l. or by the third party that the Company use to supply the services through the Site.
6. companies or Internet providers that are appointed to dispatch documents and / or informative material.
7. business partners appointed by the Company to elaborate and / or dispatch advertising documents
8. other companies managed or owned by our Group, having headquarter in Italy or in other countries.
9. all the public and private subjects (including: consultancy companies in the legal, administrative and fiscal field, court, labor offices, etc), in case the communication would result necessary or functional to the correct compliance to legal and contractual obligations enforced by the law.

The personal data can be diffused only in an anonymous and consolidated manner for statistical purposes.

Art. 5. Owner and Manager of personal data

The Owner of the personal data use is MXRR S.r.l. , with legal headquarter in Corso Duca degli Abruzzi 2, 10128 Torino – Italy

The Responsible of the personal data use is the CEO of the Company, as per art. 29 D.Lgs. n. 196/2003, resident in headquarter of the Company.

All claims and inquiries related to the personal data use shall be communicated to the Owner or the Responsible specified above, to the following addresses:

Art. 6.  Storage of personal data

The personal data of the Customer is stored for the period limited only to guarantee the correct execution of the services offered by the Company.

In case of cancellation, exclusion or override for missed use of the personal account of the Customer, the personal data of the Customer will be stored for the administrative purposes for a period of one year, unless otherwise required for specifics obligations enforced by the law regarding the storage of legal and accounting documents for fiscal and safety purposes.

In any case, let it be understood, that the Customer personal data, is stored and used for marketing and statistical research for the period of time permitted by the law and by the Authorities granting the use of personal data.

Shall the period expire, the Customer data will be transformed in anonymous form, in order to avoid, even indirectly, the association with the subjects.

Art. 7. Right to Access personal data

As per art. 7 of D. Lgs. 196/2003, the Customer has the right to:

1. obtain the confirmation of the existence of his own personal data and its understandably communication
2. obtain from the Owner or the Responsible party of the personal data use, information regarding:
   • the origin of the personal data, the purpose of its use and the logic applied to use it through electronic systems.
   • the identification of the Owner or the Responsible party of the personal data use or the delegate appointed by a foreign subject to the use of the personal data in Italy.
   • the subjects to which the data can be communicated, because appointed to be representative on the territory
3. obtain:
   • the update and amendment of his own personal data
   • the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form, or the block of the data used in violation of law, included the data of which the preservation is necessary in regards to the purposes for which it was gathered and used.
   • the statement that the operations illustrated in the previous points have been acknowledged, also regarding the content, by the subjects to which the personal data have been diffused, except for those cases in which the fulfilment of this duty is manifestly excessive to the right protected.
4. stand opposite:
   • for legitimate reason, to the use of the personal data, although relevant to the purpose of its collection
   • to the use of personal data for commercial information or advertising purposes and statistical or marketing research

The rights listed above might be exerted by sending a formal request to the Owner or the Responsible, via certified email to the address [email protected].

Let it be understood that the D.Lgs. 196/2003, states that the use of personal data is carried out through approval of the subject involved, with exception to the cases allowed by the law. For this reason, we encourage the Customer to explicitly provide the approval to the use of his own personal data, for the purposes listed in this information note.

1) Acceptance of general terms and conditions:

1.1) The agreement between MXRR S.r.l. and the Customer can be considered settled with the acknowledgement of acceptance, even partial of the order by MXRR S.r.l. as per points 2.2, 3.1, 3.2 .

Placing an order as per methods offered, the Customer states to have acknowledged all indications and information provided during the purchase procedure and to accept general terms, and payment conditions as follow.

1.2) If the Customer is a private (ie: a subject that purchases products not for professional purposes), once the purchase procedure is finalized, he shall print and preserve a copy of these terms and conditions and the list of the products / services purchased, in compliance with art. 3 e 4 of Dlgs 185/1999 regarding on line sales.

1.3) MXRR S.r.l. hereby disclaims all liability and responsibility for any damages suffered by people or things as a result of non-acceptance / non fulfillment, even partial, of an order.

It is excluded any right of the Customer to claim a compensation for damages suffered in case an order could not be accepted or fulfilled.

2) Purchase procedure:

2.1) The Customer can order only products available in the electronic catalog, available on www.mxrealracing.com, as also described in the related technical sheets. Let it be understood that the images that document the products, might not be perfectly representative of the characteristics, but might differ in color, dimensions, aspect and accessories represented.

2.2)  The correct reception of an order is confirmed by MXRR S.r.l. through email reply, sent to the address indicated by the Customer. The reply is generated automatically by the system and it shall not be considered itself as acceptance of the order, but only as confirmation of its receiving.

2.3) The confirmation message reports date and time of the execution and the “Order Number”, that can be used with any communication with MXRR S.r.l. as a reference. The confirmation message contains all Customer data. The Customer binds himself to verify the accuracy of the data and to promptly communicate any correction, as per manners described in this document. The order confirmation, only available for registered users, is also available in the section “My Orders” in “My MxRealracing”.

3) Order Status:

3.1) The “Order Status” can only be consulted by registered users, at the section “My Orders” in “My MxRealracing”.

There are three possible options, that represent the status of the order:

“ORDER SUBMITTED ON LINE”: this is the page automatically generated based on the personal data of the Customer and on the products selected, as the Customer submits the order on line.

“ORDER PROCESSING” this is the page generated as one of the operators has verified the order submitted on line. This page confirms the receiving of the order and the acceptance of the quantities of the single items. This page is updated once a day, whereas the operators guarantee the uploading of each order submitted before 12PM of each day.

“ORDER SHIPPED”: this is the page generated by the system when an order has left the warehouse. This page reports the Shipping Tracking number that allows the Customer to trace the parcel in the express courier internet site page.

3.2) The total or partial non-fulfillment of the order is seen on the “ORDER PROCESSING” page, through a communication and/or cancellation of the quantity of one or more items.

4) Payment methods:

4.1) Wire transfer: to be performed only after receiving our email of “ORDER CONFIRMATION”

4.2) Credit card: we accept only Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode cards.

The transaction is carried out in complete safety within the secure server of our Bank through Https connection. If all items are available, the order is shipped the following day of the order. The purchase transaction with credit card is carried out in two phases:

a) In the first phase the Customer has to insert the credit card details in the protected page of the Bank (therefore outside our internet site), making the amount available.

b) The second phase represents the real transaction, in which the amount is debited on the credit card of the Customer. This phase is concurrent to the shipping in the case all items are in stock, in any other case, within 5 days. The amount debited will always match the order. In case the Customer   requires the partial delivery option, the additional shipping costs will be charged.

Cautions: to avoid credit card frauds, MXRR S.r.l. reserves the right to request any ID document that could certify the card ownership.

For any credit card order whose shipping address is different from credit card holder address, the credit card holder should send by e-mail [email protected] a front/rear copy of his credit card and Identity Document (passport, driving license). The credit card method is the only one available for order amount under 50 eur. MXRR S.r.l. reserves the right to ask for wire transfer as only available option of payment in case of purchase of ON DEMAND products with amount exceeding 1000 eur.

5) Delivery methods:

5.1) MXRR S.r.l. accepts order and performs delivery in all Europe Zone, through Express Courier selected based on the final destination.

5.2) MXRR S.r.l. issues an invoice for each order fulfilled. The invoice represents the Goods Issue document, in compliance with art. 14 D.P.R. 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. The invoice carries the information submitted by the Customer. No modification to the invoice is possible after issuing. It is not possible to obtain a separate invoice for a single product contained in an order.

5.3) Shipping costs are charged to the Customer and they are explicitly shown in the shopping cart. The payment of the order, including the shipping costs, is carried out using the method chosen by the Customer. No additional charges are due by the Customer unless mutually agreed and confirmed by the Customer (eg: items addition)

5.4) MXRR S.r.l. is not responsible for any delay in the fulfillment of the order or in its delivery.

5.5) Let it be understood that the delivery is intended at the ground floor. At delivery, the Customer is bound to accurately verify:

     -   the number of parcels referring to the document on the shipment.

     -   the identity and quantity of items possibly indicated on the parcels

     -   the invoice attached

Shall the correspondence between items and goods issue document not match, or the parcel(s) is/are damaged or missing, the Customer has to immediately communicate it to the courier. In such cases the shipment has to be withdrawn with written “reserve” to the courier. Once the shipment is withdrawn without “reserve”, the Customer will not have any right to file a claim.

6) Amendment, refund and return:

6.1) The Customer has the possibility to delete the order as long as the order has not been shipped. Canceling fees applies (8%) in case of purchase with credit card or paypal. Once the order is finally delivered, the Customer has the possibility to rescind in compliance with law regulations.

6.2) Distance selling carried out through telephone or internet, since performed outside commercial facilities, is subject to D.Lgs n. 185 of 22/05/1999, that grants to the Customer the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is applicable to final Customers that purchase not for professional purposes (eg: private subjects without VAT registered number). The right of withdrawal is not applicable to professionals (eg: subjects that purchase for commercial or professional purposes through registered business activity).

6.3) The right of withdrawal is applicable to all products not used and with the original packaging untouched. The right of withdrawal is not applicable to all products ordered or customized products, that due to their nature cannot be restocked.

6.4) The willing to withdraw in compliance with law regulations, shall be communicated by certified email within 10 days from the date of the purchase. It is mandatory to contact MXRR S.r.l. in order to obtain the essential code that authorizes the return (eg: ARM number). Our staff will communicate also the return address.

The Customer is required to ship back the products in the original condition with untouched packaging. The parcel has to be addressed to our logistic return point. The attached documents shall include the original invoice, the ARM number, the products returned and the credit card number or bank account number with SWIFT and IBAN.

6.5) Return shipments without proper documentation and / or without ARM number will not be accepted by MXRR S.r.l.

Return shipments on cash and delivery or with any shipping costs charged to MXRR S.r.l. will not be accepted.

6.6) If the return shipment is properly handled by the Customer, MXRR S.r.l. ensures to process the withdrawal as soon as possible (within maximum 30 days from the receiving of the return shipment). If all conditions are verified, MXRR S.r.l. will perform the refund, excluding original shipping costs (in compliance with art. 5, comma 6, D.Lgs n. 185 of 22/05/1999). In case of returns from foreign countries outside EU, all customs fee have to be considered at the expenses of the Customer. Refunds are performed with the same method used by the Customer for the payment: if the payment has been done by credit card or PayPal, the refund is done to the credit card or PayPal. If the payment has been done by wire transfer, the refund is done by wire transfer. MXRR S.r.l. strongly discourages the Customer using any credit card with an upcoming expiration date.

6.7) In case of awards or promotions, in which a product is related to the purchase of another product, the right of withdrawal can be exerted by returning all products subjected to the promotion.

8) Warranty:

8.1) All products sold by MxRR S.r.l. are covered by the Manufacturer's Conventional Guarantee. Private Consumers, will benefit Two Years Limited Guarantee, in case of conformity defect, according to the Italian law DL 24/02.  In order to access guarantee services, the Customer has to save the purchase invoice.

8.2) The standard guarantee of the manufacturer is provided along with the product or illustrated on the Site. If the defect has been declared not covered by guarantee by the Authorized Support Center, or by the Manufacturer or by MXRR S.r.l., the Customer will be charged with all costs sustained by MXRR S.r.l for the verification and shipping.

8.3) The Two Years Limited Guarantee, as per law DL 24/02, is applicable in case of defect of conformity, as long as proper usage of the product as per documentation or as per destination. This guarantee is applicable only to private consumers (eg: private subjects without VAT number registered). In case of defect of conformity, MXRR S.r.l. provides to restore the conformity of the product with no additional charge to the Customer until the resolution of the contract.

8.4) Product replacement in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not functioning at time of arrival), is  applicable if supported by the manufacturer. Time and modality of replacement are solely depending on the policies of the manufacturer.

8.5) In case, for any reason, it is not possible to restore or replace any product under defect of conformity, MXRR S.r.l. will decide, at its own reserve, to refund the amount paid by the Customer or to exchange the product for another item with equal value.

8.6) Customer fully accepts that MXRR S.r.l. is not liable for any kind of delay generated by the procedure involved in maintenance or replacement of any product.

8.7) In all cases where it is applicable the replacement of the product in compliance with guarantee policies, the Customer will have to contact MXRR S.r.l. via email to gather all necessary information. In the communication, it is mandatory to attach the invoice, a valid ID document and the guarantee document.

MXRR S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse guarantee policy in case of missing invoice or missing guarantee document. An MXRR S.r.l. operator will provide the Customer with the ARM number, which has to be noted on the parcel for the correct return. Return shipments without proper documentation and / or without ARM number will not be accepted by MXRR S.r.l.

Return shipments on cash and delivery or with any shipping costs charged to MXRR S.r.l. will not be accepted.

The product must be return in the original package, complete with all its parts (including possible documentation, accessories, manuals, cables, etc…). To limit possible damages to the original packaging, we encourage the Customer to insert the product package into another parcel.

Customer shall avoid in any case to put any label, tag or writing on the product package.

8.8) Any intervention to the product, realized by unauthorized personnel will immediately imply the loss of guarantee.

8.9) Any Authorized intervention during guarantee period, leaves the period unchanged.

9) Certification:

9.1) Unless explicitly defined as “certified” and/or “street legal”, all products offered by MXRR S.r.l. are not certified for the use on public roads. All product offered by MXRR S.r.l. are intended for racing applications in circuits or private roads.

10) DISCLAIMER

10.1) Information available on the Site: due to the nature of the products offered, and the constant commitment of manufacturers to improve quality and performances towards higher standards, MXRR S.r.l. cannot guarantee that the information and the images available on the Site are that of the products.

Although maximum effort is given in order to have all prices, descriptions, images, applications, and information correct, MXRR S.r.l. cannot guarantee that the data published on the Site are free of errors or inaccuracies.

The Customer accepts that MXRR S.r.l. reserves the right to update and / or change any data contained on the Site, at any moment, without being held liable or responsible for doing so.

10.2) The Customers explicitly accept that MXRR S.r.l. will never be liable or responsible for any direct or indirect damage, missed earnings or delay, suffered by the Customer for the use of the products offered by the Site.

The application of every single product is expressed by the manufactures. MXRR S.r.l. cannot guarantee the correspondence with the original products. Riding motorbikes is a dangerous activity. The Customers explicitly accept that MXRR S.r.l. will never be liable or responsible for any direct or indirect damage, accident, injury, death or whatever else happened, from the use of any of the products offered on the Site.

The use in the public roads of any product, originally intended for racing applications in private or closed circuits, can be considered a felony, liable of penalty or arrest. MXRR S.r.l. does not approve the use of non-street legal products, outside racing events, closed tracks, fairs or exhibitions.

11) Applicable Law:

11.1) The sale contract between the Customer and MXRR S.r.l. is intended to be settled in Italy under the Italian law regulations. For any controversy relevant to the hereby contract, if the Customer is private, the competence is the one of the court of residence. In any other case, the competent court is the one of TURIN – Italy.

The easiest way to verify costs and methods of shipping of an order is to add the desired items to the shopping cart.

On MxRealRacing.com it is not obligatory to register, because the shopping cart already contains all the information you need. In the item detail page, the Customer can verify the availability and estimate when the order will be processed. In the shopping cart, the Customer can choose the destination and know the shipping costs.

Time:

Delivery time for Italy is about 24 – 48 Hours from the time when the courier picks up the parcel from our warehouse. If all items are in stock, the order is shipped within the next 24 hours from the time the order is submitted. In case some items are not in stock, the order will be shipped as all items become available. In case the order is urgent, is it possible to obtain partial shipping for the items in stock and secondary shipping for all remaining items, as they are available.

Methods:

MXRR S.r.l. has partnerships with Express Courier as SDA for Italy and DHL for Europe. The courier delivers during business hours (not after 1800 Pm and not during weekends), if no one is available to accept the shipment at the delivery address, the courier leaves a notice, and will attempt the delivery two further times. If the Customer finds the notice, he can contact the courier by following the instructions on the paper.

It is recommended to specify an address where somebody can receive the delivery during working hours. In Italy, we ship with SDA and on www.sda.it, it is possible to take advantage of additional services to track the shipping.

Cost:

The shipping cost differs based upon the dimensions and weight of the items included in the order.

For Italy:

The shopping cart displays the shipping costs immediately after inserting the destination country. It is not necessary to register or insert further data.

Outside Italy:

We ship to all Europe Zone including the countries on the following list:

Before proceeding to the wire transfer, the Customer must wait for our order confirmation. After the wire transfer, the Customer has to send an email to [email protected] a copy of the bank document certifying the transfer, also indicating the related order number in the subject of the email.

Cautions: the shipment will be prepared upon items availability and always after receiving the amount in our bank account (normally after 5-6 working days). This method is therefore discouraged in case of urgent orders.

Refunds are performed with the same method used by the Customer for the payment: if the payment has been done by credit card or Paypal, the refund is done to the credit card or Paypal. If the payment has been done by wire transfer, the refund is done by wire transfer.

Paypal:

Payments through PayPal are carried out using the Customer account already registered on www.paypal.com. This payment method involves an additional fee equal to 3% of the order amount.

The Customer has the right to request a refund, specifying the reason within maximum 10 days from date of order delivery.

Customer shall send a written request to MXRR S.r.l. to the following email address: [email protected].

MXRR S.r.l. administration will provide the Customer with the Authorization (ARM number) to send back the item. Products sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Specifically, for OEM PARTS, the Customers is responsible for what was ordered, therefore the accuracy of the order is the responsibility of the Customer.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

The item amount, minus the administrative restocking fee, will be refunded only after returning item(s) in perfect original condition, flawless, with intact and untouched packaging and free from any modification from its original condition at the delivery.

Cautions: if item(s) are returned NOT in their original NEW condition, MxRR S.r.l. will evaluate the condition and discount an appropriate amount from the refunded total. In case of OEM PARTS, MXRR S.r.l. will not accept returns if the original part packaging has been opened, ruined or with any writing added.

All return shipping costs must be paid by the Customer. The Customer therefore accepts from the moment of placing the order, that all returns involve additional costs of shipping and administration fee(s), as prescribed by the law regulation.

The availability of items is updated 6 times / day and displayed in each item's product detail page.

Every order placed by 12:00 CET, containing products in stock and paid by credit card of PayPal, is shipped the same day.

The availability estimate, on each item's product detail page, refers only to how long it takes for a placed order to be shipped, once it is confirmed. It does not include the time the order will take to reach the Customer destination once we ship it. Shipping time depends upon courier efficiency.

The availability of all items can have the following ranges:

In Stock: Products that are currently in stock typically ship out the same day, for orders received by 12 CET Mon-Fri.

6-8 business days: We expect to receive the item from a nearby distributor within 6 to 8 working days from your order.

8-12 business days: We expect to receive the item from a nearby distributor within 8 to 12 working days from your order.

Arriving: We expect to receive the item from a nearby distributor in a few days. First come, first served: should the Customer be interested, please do not hesitate to order, and not to miss further availability.

On Demand: This part is produced or supplied only on demand, and until it is ordered, we cannot know how long it takes to arrive.

Product Not Available: This product is currently not available for ordering or discontinued, and we don't know when or if this item will be in stock again.

Cautions: MxRR S.r.l. does handle partial delivery. If the Customer wants to receive the order immediately, all items have to be in stock. In case of urgency, the Customer can agree to receive partial shipments; for every following shipment, additional costs will be charged.

On MxRealRacing.com, placing an order is easy and fast. Furthermore, to know the exact cost of an order, including the shipping, it is not necessary to register.

This feature allows the Customer to obtain a quotation. Simply: inserting the items in the shopping cart, it is possible to create and print a quotation with no obligation to buy.

Once the Customer decides to finalize the purchase, it is necessary to register. When the registration is submitted, the Customer receives an email containing an encrypted link to finalize the registration procedure. The first log-in redirects the Customer to the shopping cart of the on going order.

The purchase procedure is divided in 3 steps:

Shopping cart: this page displays all the items previously selected. It is possible to check availability and choose the shipping method.

Customer details: the procedure is fast and requires only the minimum information to issue a valid invoice and to ship the order. In particular: first name, last name, VAT number in case the buyer is a registered company, shipping address and email address (e-mail address is used to receive the order confirmation). There is a blank field where to add any notes, for example instructions to the express courier for the delivery.

Review and Confirm: this page allows the Customer to check the products and all purchase details. Before check out, the Customer must verify the accuracy of the following:

-       Billing data

-       Shipping data and method

-       Quantities and items

-       Payment method

If the Customer has chosen to pay by credit card, he can complete the transaction on the redirected secure page of our bank.

Once the transaction is finalized, our server will send an email to the address indicated by the Customer with the order confirmation. A second email is sent the day of the shipping with the parcel tracking number.

Registered users do not need to insert information data and can add different shipping addresses.

In the section "My Orders" the Customer can track the order status in all its phases, receive promotions and discounts. For orders that contain items that are temporarily not available. it is recommended to register for updates.

Invoicing:

For every order processed, MXRR S.r.l. will issue an invoice indicating the item(s) sold. The invoice and Goods Issue document are attached to the parcel in compliance with regulation of Art. 14 D.P.R. 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. The invoice contains all billing details communicated by the Customer during the order. It is not possible to make any modifications to the invoice after it has been issued.

It is not possible to obtain separate invoice for single items of an order.

VAT:

For Private Subjects within EU or for Business within EU with but with VAT not registered to VIES (VAT information exchange system): prices are displayed and considered VAT included as per applicable regulation.

For Business with VAT registered in the EU through VIES, prices are displayed and considered with VAT not applicable as per art. 41, comma 1, letter a), D.L. 331/93 converted in L. 427/93

For Business with VAT not registered in the EU and Private Subject outside EU, prices are displayed and considered with VAT not applicable, as per art. 8, 1st comma, letter b) D.P.R. 633/72 (art. 9 dpr 633)

Cautions: for all destinations in Italy and EU, the catalog is showing prices with VAT included. If the destination is different than the one recognized automatically, the Customer can modify it from the menu.

EU citizens shall pay VAT (added value tax) applied to the country of the seller. If the Customer purchase with destination to Italy or EU, the order amount is always VAT included. If otherwise the destination is different, Outside EU, (eg: Switzerland), the amount of the order is VAT excluded.

It is not possible to request applicable VAT variation after the invoice has been issued.
